Do I have to train every day?
No. The training engine is built around recovery — readiness drops and the volume shifts, sleep tanks and the intensity drops, you skip a session and the week reroutes. Two to six days a week, your coach matches the plan to the body you actually have today.
What if I'm not a bodybuilder or competitor?
Most of our members aren't. The Pro tier at $19.99/month is built for everyday transformation goals — fat loss, lean muscle, getting back in shape, finally being consistent. The Prep tier exists for stage athletes who need peak week phasing. Most people will never need it.
Will it work without an Apple Watch or Oura Ring?
Yes. Wearables sharpen the coaching, but they're not required. You can manually rate energy, sleep, and soreness on weekly check-ins — your coach still learns your patterns over time and adapts the plan.
