Ten years of bodybuilding, competing in Classic Physique and Open. Coaching is my full-time work. My background is software development — some formal, mostly self-taught.
This started because of one client. He wanted me to adjust his macros and meals, and I went looking for an app that could automate the bookkeeping side of coaching so I could spend more time on the parts that matter. Nothing existed. So I built it.
The "small tool" version of the project didn't last long. One thing led to another and the system got smarter every milestone: phenotype classification, metabolic adaptation detection, pattern learning, wearable integration. Family and friends started using it. They got better results from it than from most coaches charging $300 a month.
Fitness has been my whole life. What's always frustrated me about the industry is the gap between what regular people pay and what they actually get. Hundreds a month for a template.
