Frequently Asked Questions

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → My Pocket Coach. From there you can change tiers, pause, or cancel. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. We do not bill outside of these platforms.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds are at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. If Apple or Google declines a refund and you believe you have a special case, email support@integrativeaisolutions.com and we will help where we can.
Open the app, tap Sign In, then tap Forgot Password. We will email a reset link to the address on your account. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then email support@integrativeaisolutions.com with the email address you used to sign up.

Apple Watch / HealthKit:

  1. Open the iOS Health app
  2. Tap your profile picture (top-right)
  3. Tap AppsMy Pocket Coach
  4. Confirm read access is enabled for Sleep, Heart Rate, HRV, and Activity

Oura Ring:

  1. Open the app → ProfileWearablesOura
  2. Tap Reconnect and complete the OAuth flow
  3. Allow up to 15 minutes for the first sync to complete

If the issue persists, email support@integrativeaisolutions.com with your wearable model and OS version.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, food logs, training data, check-ins, and all derived intelligence within 30 days. To request deletion outside the app, email support@integrativeaisolutions.com from the email on your account.
Email support@integrativeaisolutions.com with the subject "Data Export Request" from the email on your account. We deliver a complete JSON export of your profile, food logs, workouts, check-ins, and biometric data within 7 business days.
Email support@integrativeaisolutions.com with the subject line "Bug:" or "Feature Request:". For bugs, please include:
